Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

DMLAI ("we", "us", "our") operates the website dmlai.com (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. By using DMLAI you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

2. How your photos & videos are handled

Uploaded images (or sampled video frames) are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) only to generate your analysis, captions and hashtags. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train models. Enhancement/resize is performed in your browser. We do not permanently store your uploaded media on our servers beyond what is needed to return your result.

3. Third-party services we use

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes.

4. Cookies

We use minimal local storage / cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Your rights (worldwide)

Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA, India DPDP Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email us at info.dmlai@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Data retention & security

We keep account/usage data only as long as needed to provide the Service. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children

DMLAI is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
